Azarko Music

For dub and reggae sounds

Every record your crew owns, on one shelf.

Your vinyl sits in every member's house and your files on everyone's laptop. Azarko Music puts the whole crew's music in one library you can play from your phone, and lets you pull a selection out of it together.

We bring on one crew at a time, so each one gets set up properly.

Built for dub

Made by a sound system, for sound systems.

Azarko Music grew out of Dubwave Sound System in Antwerp. It is not a general music app with a reggae filter. It follows how a sound actually works.

Vinyl first

Most of your music is on records. Every member links their own Discogs collection, so the crew's vinyl shows up next to the files without typing a single record twice.

A vocal and its dub

A 12" side is a tune with its versions. They stay together, so you see the vocal, the dub and the instrumental as one tune instead of three loose tracks.

Lossless stays lossless

Your AIFF and WAV masters stay on your own server. On mobile data you hear an MP3, and a link you share with another crew never hands out the master.

How it works

Shelf, crate, selection.

The same three moves you make in a record room, now for the whole crew at once.

1 · Shelf

Everything the crew owns

Every member's records from Discogs plus the digital files you upload. One place, searchable by artist, title, label or catalogue number.

2 140 records · 5 members
380 digital tracks
2 · Crate

What you pull out

A heart puts a tune in your crate. Your crate is yours; you can see what your crew-mates pulled too, so you know who brings what.

Your crate: 64 tunes
Shared with the crew
3 · Selection

What plays tonight

Playlists built from the crates for a dance, a radio show or a back-to-back. Share one with another sound as a listen-only link.

Who it's for

Any crew with records spread over more than one house.

A good fit if

  • You run a sound, a dub night or a radio show with more than one selector.
  • Most of your music is on vinyl, some of it on files.
  • Nobody knows exactly what the others own.
  • Sets get built from memory, the night before, over the phone.

Not the right tool if

  • You want a streaming service with every song ever released.
  • You play solo and your library is already in order.
  • You need offline playback at the gig today. That is on the roadmap, not live yet.

What your crew gets

Less digging for what you already own.

One library on every phone

Installs on the home screen like an app. Plays with the screen locked, shows on the lock screen, casts to a speaker.

See the whole crew's vinyl

Ask "who has the Channel One pressing?" once, then never again.

Prepare a set together

Hearts and shared playlists replace the WhatsApp thread full of YouTube links.

Your music stays yours

Each crew sees only its own music. Nothing is sold or streamed outside the crew, and you can take your files with you.

Public roadmap

What's live, what's next, and what you want.

Soon crews on board can vote here. Until then, tell us what your crew needs most.

Early access

One crew at a time.

Azarko Music is young. We onboard crews one by one so your library, your vinyl and your members are set up right.

  1. 1You tell us about your crew. Who you are, where you play, roughly what you own.
  2. 2We talk. A short call to see if it fits.
  3. 3Your crew lead gets the keys. Invite members, link Discogs, upload files.
